Midleton Muay Thai is a purpose built Thai Boxing gym.
The gym has a boxing ring, a padded floor, hanging kick bags,
arm pads and focus mitts. It is dedicated to allowing access
to Muay Thai to a many as possible. It caters not only to those
who want to compete, but also to people just wanting to train
for various reasons, such as, weight loss, increased fitness, self defence
and just for the fun and social aspect of it.

 

 

Midleton Muay Thai are based in the town of Midleton, East Cork and we welcome students from all over whatever their experience, age, race or background.
